I am sorry that you are having trouble viewing our webinar. All of our webinars are viewable using Windows Media Player, so you may need to download this software in order to view the video.
If this is not the issue, you may have your pop-up blocker on and it will not allow you to download the video file from our website. You will need to adjust the settings on your computer protection in order to allow the file downloads.
There is about long pause before the webinar actually starts, you will see the main screen and then about 1-2 minutes later the webinar will begin and you will hear sound and see the powerpoint change.
I am unable to see the webinar, only hear it. Any suggestions?

I cannot view the new style of webinars eaither, I press play and it looks like its going to start then just stops
